Desertleather.com has no direct control over the size or color, since we process our orders according to your selected size and color. We do not give out refunds/returns/ for any wrong size and color for any type of order. It is very noteworthy that you confirm your size cautiously before placing your order. 1. What if the jacket doesn't fits me perfectly?
Not an issue at all. Simply send it to us within 7 days in an unused as well as in new condition, we will mail the replacement. For custom-made orders for your body size, neither refund nor exchange will be provided. It was made precisely in accordance with your size; neither we sell it to someone else. The shipping shall be borne by the Buyer.
2. If our product is not up to the mark or if you are not satisfied with it, you can replace it by using our 30 days return and exchange policy that is applicable right from the date of the purchase. However, we offer store credit in favor of refunds. No refund, exchange or return is entertained to those customers who made a purchase of more than two jackets at the same time and then return the one. Therefore, you are requested to avoid such activities to make your shopping hassle free.
3. No product or color or size will be changed as it goes for further process after 24 hours of order confirmation.
4. Order cancellation will be considered on the conditions as follows:
- a. For cancelling any garment's order within 3 days from your order confirmation, there is 25% of deduction will be made from the total amount.
- b. In case of any cancellation made within 7 days, 45% of deduction will be made from the net amount.
- c. No cancellation will be honored after 7 days of the order verification.
5. Before mailing the new order, our quality managing division scrutinize the product for quality purpose. If the clothing is damaged while shipping time period, you will get another product with priority delivery at our cost.
6. Refunds will be offered if we take more than 29 working days after receiving payment from the purchaser. If we are incapable to verify that the delivery was sent off to your address, we will make a full refund accompanied with shipment costs.
