1. Desert Leather requires 10-14 business days to deliver your order anywhere in the world once your payment is received to us.
2. Your order verification, jacket availability and tracking information will be sent to you through an email.
3. DesertLeather.com uses world's recognized courier services like FedEx, DHL, and UPS to maintain on-time deliveries.
4. Please Do Not use any PO Box/APO/FPO addresses; always provide your physical residential address for shipping purpose.
Kindly note that determining the time-frame could mainly depend on availability of products/sizes, So we may ship your order from either our international warehouse or straight away from our manufacturing premises. At Desertleather.com, You can Return or Exchange leather jackets within 30 days from the date of delivery. This policy is for your relaxation of mind to assure that this process remains perfectly fine; you can take your decision-making time. We highly appreciate your understanding regarding this matter. If for any reason you think that the leather jacket is not matching your comfort, or is not what you ordered; you are eligible for return/exchange of the product in its original packaging. It must be unused and with its original tagging and documents. We do not give money back for return; you can get another product in an exchange or will be entertained with a store credit.
We will only entertain Return/Exchange if the product is return to us in a re-salable condition including all the tags and original accessories. However, you can certainly try the jacket on yourself for checking the size and its soothing level.
We do not pay back for the postage/delivery charges and is not refundable by any means. The delivery charges of any product back to us shall be borne by the buyer. Kindly, pack it properly like we did and mail it through express delivery, So It can be safe and traceable by both of us. We will notify you as soon as possible once we received your item at our factory. We strongly advise you to email our sales office at email@example.com before returning the product so that we can understand your issue.
- For Changes: If within specific time period of 24 hours after order placement, we will not get response from your side, we will consider it as confirmed order and we start processing.
- After 24 hours of your product placement, No product, color and measurement changes will be entertained and order will go for processing.
